Data Formatting
Our office is continually attempting to bring its citizens the most current and useful information, making it easy to access and affordable to obtain. With this in mind, we have redesigned our property search capabilities, so that the data displayed is consistant and pertinant. When searching for parcel information, the data returned to the screen will show CURRENT OWNERSHIP information (updated the first of every month, for now) and CURRENT SALES information, however VALUES (Land Value, Building Value, Assessed Value, Taxable Value, etc.) will be certified values, based on the most recent certification. This will be updated three times annually, in July, when the Preliminary Certification is submitted and approved by the Department of Revenue, in October, when the First Final Certification is submitted to the Department of Revenue and in January or February, when the Second Final Certification of the tax roll is submitted.
