CERTIFIED TAX ROLL DATA AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD
This data set includes the 12D8 file for the first final certification in October 2009, without the social security numbers. This download page, depending on it's use and the needs of our citizens, may expand to include
additional files. They are compacted in a winzip format, which is a downloadable program.
If you do not have winzip, you can click the button below to download it from their website.
Another trick to downloading, if you should still have difficulty, is to right-click on the
download file and select "Save Target As".
CERTIFIED DATA FILES
12D8 without SSN
This data set includes the 12D8 file for the 2009 Tax Roll, without the social security numbers.
Included in the set are the following:
12D8withoutSSN.zip and * R12D8RE
The R12D8RE file contains the file layout and field descriptions of the 12D8 file.
RP Subdivision Index Listing
This contains a listing of subdivisions, as they existed on our system, as of the time of the first
certification in October of 2009.
CLFMAP Data at Certification
This data set includes several files and requires an extensive download. The data contained within these files is more
comprehensive than that which is provided in the 12D8 data, but still does not contain social security numbers. If you experience
problems downloading, it may be necessary to submit a data request and receive the data on CD.
